Lafon is famous for white wine, which makes this red a rare glimpse into another side of the domaine. A pure Pinot Noir from Les Duresses—Monthelie's only Premier Cru vineyard on the western slope, contiguous with Auxey-Duresses—it expresses the elegance this producer brings to everything it touches.
