You may know that Prosecco is much more than “spritz juice,” but are you aware just how specialized and quality-focused the top tier actually is?! Join us on Tuesday, September 29 from at 6pm on our mezzanine to discover the secrets of Prosecco with our Flatiron Queen of Wines, Annie Edgerton.
This isn’t about the ubiquitous orange- and blue-labeled bottles on every supermarket shelf. This is about what happens when you go up into the breathtaking hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene and you meet the people behind what many are calling “Grower” Prosecco — the small, artisanal producers making ethereal, compelling, stunning wines. This is terroir. This is craft. This is history. And this will change everything you think you know about Prosecco.
