Premier Cru Gevrey from Louis Boillot, who launched his domaine in 2002 after working with his father at Domaine Lucien Boillot. Now partnered with wife Ghislaine Barthod—together forming one of Burgundy's most accomplished winemaking couples—at their Chambolle-Musigny winery. From old vines over 50 years old in Champonnet. Destemmed, 3-5 day cold soak, natural fermentation over 18-21 days, 16-18 months in French oak (max 30% new). Organic practices with no chemicals—75% of holdings converted by 2021, full conversion expected by 2030.
