Antonio Galloni

"The NV Brut RosΓ© is flat-out delicious. The word ’balance’ is so overused in wine, but I really can’t think of a better way to describe the Brut RosΓ©. It is not nervy nor overly rich, but just impeccable in its poise and overall harmony. A healthy amount of Pinot lends volume and intensity to this Chardonnay-based RosΓ©. This is the sort of wine that is opened and disappears within a few minutes." β€”Vinous

"A firm and minerally rosΓ© Champagne, with oyster shell and chalk notes underscoring the raspberry coulis and nectarine fruit flavors. Tightly meshed and mouthwatering throughout, with spice and almond skin notes playing on the finish."

Champagne

Champagne boasts some of the world’s greatest luxury brands with Krug, Cristal and, of course, Dom Perignon. But it’s also home to hundreds of small dynamic producersβ€”farmers who grow their own grapes (often organically) and make (often with natural methods) tiny amounts of pure and absolutely delicious wine that reflect the individual personalities of their villages and terroirs. Toast with these wines, for sure. But also treat them like the great wines they are: taste, drink, explore!
