Simple, juicy, sweet-sour glou-glou. Valdiguie was confused for Gamay back in the day, and insiders know that it has produced some of California's greatest wines. From a very special vineyard covered in marine fossils and limestone, planted in a remote corner of Paso Robles over 50 years ago. Carbonic maceration for 11 days before being pressed into tank, settled then racked into neutral oak barrels for 6 months.
