Valdespino’s Quina is a fascinating throwback—an aromatized wine that combines the base of sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry with quinine bark and a secret blend of herbs and spices. Originally crafted for medicinal purposes, it now lives on as a deeply nostalgic, low-ABV sipper with tons of personality.

Dark raisin, molasses, and fig meet bitter orange peel, clove, and dusty herbal notes, finishing with that unmistakable quinine bite. It’s rich and slightly syrupy, but balanced by bitterness and earthy complexity.
