"Pleasantly reductive in the aromatics with ample sea salt, white pepper and ginger spicing up an array of stone fruits and a deep tone of lemon oil. The Estate Chardonnay from Bethel Heights is sourced from five different blocks across two vineyards, Justice and the Bethel Heights estate property. Four clones, including dashes of Wente, comprise this wine, with vines planted between 1977 and 1999. The palate is taut and electric, with rich lemon curd, Juicy Meyer lemon, and a briny streak of oyster shell leading well through the finish."
