Braida’s “Vigna Senza Nome” is a benchmark Moscato d’Asti from the heart of Piemonte. Crafted by the Bologna family, pioneers in elevating Barbera and Moscato alike, this 2024 captures the variety’s fragrant charm. Grapes come from hillside vineyards around Canelli, the historic cradle of Moscato.

Gently fermented to retain natural sweetness and a delicate sparkle, it’s an elegant, low-alcohol wine perfect for fruit desserts or sipping on its own. A true standard-bearer for the style.

More about Braida (Giacomo Bologna)

Giacomo Bologna revolutionized Barbera by bottling Bricco dell'Uccellone in 1985—single-vineyard, barrique-aged, low-yield Barbera that flipped the script from rustic to cellar-worthy overnight. His Montebruna shows concentration and aging potential. His children, Raffaella (sales/marketing) and Giuseppe (winemaker), now run Braida from Rocchetta Tanaro with state-of-the-art cellars. Legacy preserved and constantly pushed forward.
