Bermuda's national rum, in a bottle that fits in your pocket. Gosling's has been blending Black Seal on the island for generations and the recipe hasn't wandered: a dark, rich blend of rums aged in charred American oak, full of molasses, butterscotch, vanilla and a caramelized edge. It is also the rum in a Dark 'n Stormy — Gosling's owns the trademark, and the drink genuinely doesn't taste right without it. Pour it over ice and ginger beer, squeeze in a lime, and you're done. This is the 50ml, which makes it one very good cocktail, a flask-friendly pour, or a low-stakes way to find out whether you're a dark rum person.
