A Côte des Blancs grower who has mastered both Blanc de Blancs purity and rosé complexity. Jean-Louis Vergnon works exclusively with Grand Cru Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of Champagne's most acclaimed villages for the grape. This rosé adds a small proportion of still red wine to the classic Chardonnay base, creating a wine that maintains the chalky minerality and tension of Le Mesnil while gaining depth and red fruit complexity. The Extra Brut dosage keeps the focus on purity, letting the Grand Cru terroir speak.
