A Burgundian vision in Provence. Triennes was founded in 1989 by Jacques Seysses of Domaine Dujac and Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanee-Conti, who saw potential in this elevated Var terroir with its Burgundy-like clay-limestone soils. The estate is now certified organic and run by Jeremy Seysses. This Viognier is fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness, showing the aromatic intensity typical of the grape—stone fruit, honeysuckle, white flowers—but with a crisp mineral backbone that keeps it from becoming heavy. A white wine adventure that bridges two of France's greatest wine regions.Entry-level from historic Barbaresco estate. Blended from Ovello and Albesani. Traditional methods, approachable now with decanting.
