The 2023 Hudson River Cabernet Franc is exactly what you want from Cab Franc in a cool climate: bright red and black cherry fruit, a thread of crushed herb and graphite, fine-grained tannin, and the savory, peppery snap that makes the variety such a dinner-table champion. Tasting Profile
